I enjoy inspiring people to live life with purpose and fulfill their potential.

I have a passion for developing leaders.

Leadership is the number 1 need of the 21^st century.

This is an age of transition and multiculturalism.

We need leaders to help us navigate these times of constant change and increasing globalization.

I grew up with change and cross-cultural living. My father was a diplomat and by the time I was 10 years old I had lived in 6 different countries on 3 separate continents. My parents came from 2 different countries with 2 contrasting cultures, so our home was intrinsically multicultural. As an adult I continue to travel for education, work and pleasure. Until recently I had never lived in one place for more than 5 years.

I was not guided in the process of living with continual change and diverse backgrounds. Confusion and uncertainty about my identity and life purpose drove me to study and apply principles of personal growth and development to my own life, and I now have a passion for helping others uncover their unique purpose and potential.

Leadership is all about knowing your purpose, your calling.

Strong leaders know that they were put on this earth for a reason – a cause greater than themselves – and they give their lives to that cause.

Strong leaders are people with a vision on a mission.

Vision is always born out of purpose.

As a John Maxwell Team Coach, Teacher and Speaker, I offer training, speaking, and coaching, to aid your personal and professional growth through the study and practical application of John’s proven leadership methods. Working together, I will move you and your team in the desired direction to reach your goals.

I am a Medical Doctor with a Masters degree in Public Health and I bring valuable knowledge and experience of Health and Well-Being to my current role.

I am also a mother, dedicated to raising a generation of leaders to lead the nations with vision, purpose and integrity.
